Lil Aces was founded by Cynthia Rodriguez, a long-time public school teacher and competitive tennis player. Cynthia's passion for tennis started at a young age, and she quickly fell in love with the sport. As a child, she participated in local tennis programs and tournaments, developing a deep appreciation for the sport and the skills it teaches.

After becoming a teacher, Cynthia recognized the benefits of tennis for young children and began coaching tennis in her spare time. She noticed that many of her students struggled with hand-eye coordination and gross motor skills, and believed that tennis could help them develop these skills in a fun and engaging way. Her coaching quickly became popular among parents and children alike, and Cynthia realized that there was a need for a specialized tennis program for prekindergarten children.

In 2023, Cynthia founded Lil Aces with the goal of fostering a love for tennis in the next generation. She wanted to create a program that would provide high-quality instruction and a positive learning environment for children, while also helping them develop foundational skills and hand-eye coordination.

Since its inception, Lil Aces has grown to become a leading tennis program for prekindergarten children in the local area. The program has expanded to offer both in-daycare and on-site options, allowing children to participate in tennis lessons that fit their schedules and needs. Cynthia and her team of dedicated coaches have worked tirelessly to ensure that each child receives the highest quality instruction and care, and they remain committed to helping each child reach their full potential.

Today, Lil Aces continues to provide a fun and engaging tennis experience for children, helping them develop a love for the sport and the skills they need to succeed both on and off the court.
